Lead Operator for Lube and UV cure process: parts are dipped in a chemical lube bath and then UV cure in a vacuum chamber.
Re-align Mandrel fixtures on Luber to prevent cassettes from hitting the Mandrel.
Adjust air regulators to control air cylinders on luber.
Mix chemicals for lube bath change.
Pull rate adjustment are made to make sure lube thickness is uniform.
Monitor S.P.C charts for low yield.

I take great pride in machining parts from beginning to end. One thing that distinguishes myself from others is the enormous pride I take in my work. I have designed and built from beginning to end an automotive body framing machine. I have completed numerous body repairs on vehicles that were beyond repair in accordance to auto insurance companies standards which were declared totaled. I own and operate professional metal lathes/mills and have made specialty tools that were not available on the open market. I created parts for Stein Painting in San Jose, CA to repair their roof tar machinery.
