To continue my career in the construction Industry, helping to be part of building a
better America.
FUNCTIONAL SUMMARY
Over the past 20 years, I have been in Construction. I began in school
learning electrical/plumbing & heating. I proceeded to work in every phase
of construction as I wanted to know how to build the entire package. I
have extensive, electrical, plumbing, mechanical knowledge as well as
planning, foundation, framing, drywall, insulation, windows, doors, roofing,
kitchens, and baths to name a few. I have worked on all types of
construction. From residential, commercial, and Industrial. I believe no
matter what position you do it is critical to the project at hand. So I have
learned to wear many hats well.
EMPLOYMENT 2004- 5/2010 At Your Service Builders. All phases of construction
in the residential and commercial projects from planning to
completion. Electrical, plumbing, framing, windows, doors,
electro/mechanical, flooring, drywall, kitchens, baths all interior and
exterior components. Supervise and project management. Including
multiple job sites to maintain projection dates and budgets.
1997- 2004 B & R Construction. All phases of residential and some
light commercial building and remodeling. From excavation, forms,
foundations, planning, electrical, plumbing, heating, framing,
flooring, insulation, roofing, drywall, painting, kitchens, baths,
electro/mechanical and all Maintenance involved. Supervise job
sites and ensure proper techniques used to provide efficient
performances from sub-contractors.

1986-1988 Unity College/ Forestry
1989-1990 Boces Binghamton New York.
Certificate of Residential Wiring and plumbing & Heating.
10 hour OSHA. Confined Space Entry. Certifications
