Between the two communities, normal volume of construction was between 12 and 18 homes under construction. Also responsible for completing all warranty/customer service calls in said communities within 7-14 business days. March 2006 August 2008: Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and timely construction of single-family homes in four different communities: Trails of Willow Creek ($130K $180K), Bear Creek ($120K - $170K), Garden Valley ($130K 170K), and Magnolia Farms ($170K - $210K). Many of my construction supervision and warranty duties in these communities ran concurrently. A typical under-construction work-load (all neighborhoods combined) was 10-18 homes.
