As project manager for Hillen Corporation my duties include preparation and pricing of bid proposals for demolition projects. Negotiate, review and execute contracts with owners, contractors and lower tier sub-contractors. Prepare scope of work and communicate with site supervision as to the extent of our work. Establish schedule of values and prepare application of progress payments and final billings. Visit project sites on a regular basis, examine general operation and assist supervisor with project issues. Conduct site safety inspection to assure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications
I have been in the construction, excavating and demolition business for 33 years. Of this time, eight years were spent in remediation projects working with Chem Nuclear and UNC Geotech. During this period I was responsible for the excavation, transportation and disposal of hazardous and contaminated material.
I currently hold a Class A Demolition License with the City and County of Denver. Previously I have held a State of Utah and Grand Junction, Colorado Class A General Contractor License, Class A demolition license El Paso County and Pueblo County.
Additionally I served on the Denver Regional Building Departments advisory panel of three in 2007 for restructuring the demolition class A&B licensing exam.
