Qualifications I have been in the construction, excavating and demolition business for 33 years. Of this time, eight years were spent in remediation projects working with Chem Nuclear and UNC Geotech. During this period I was responsible for the excavation, transportation and disposal of hazardous and contaminated material. I currently hold a Class A Demolition License with the City and County of Denver. Previously I have held a State of Utah and Grand Junction, Colorado Class A General Contractor License, Class A demolition license El Paso County and Pueblo County. Additionally I served on the Denver Regional Building Departments advisory panel of three in 2007 for restructuring the demolition class A&B licensing exam.
