Whaley and Sons, Kodak, TN (865)932-0003 Vice President/Project Manager, March 2007 to July 2007 Set up estimating system (HCSS), negotiated $16.5 million dollar contract for subdivision in Pigeon Forge, TN, bid numerous other projects and was responsible for collecting overdue accounts.
APAC - Harrison Divison, Alcoa TN (865)983-3100 Project Manager/Estimator, October 1997 to March 2007 Responsible for pricing jobs, selection of subcontractors, selection of material suppliers and managing projects in the public and private sectors. Scope of work included grading, drainage, utility relocation, paving and concrete work. Major TDOT projects managed include: Hwy 411 in Blount, Monroe and Loudon Counties ($12 million), Hwy 321 in Townsend, TN ($16.5 million) which won the national award for highways, Hwy 72 in Loudon County ($2 million) and Knox/Union/Grainger ($5 million). Major private projects managed include: Maryville College beautification ($1.8 million), Johnson Bible College ($1.5 million), Tennessee National Development by Greg Norman ($14.5 million) and Windswept in Morristown, TN ($2.1million). Other work of importance includes landfills both new cell and cap.
