Founded and operated mechanical contracting company servicing Massachusetts, Vermont, Maine, Maine(PNT), New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut(P1) and Florida State(CFCO). Exhibited expertise in residential and commercial markets with an emphasis on fostering and maintaining quality business relationships. Job tasks range from the initial sale process & design to completion requires strong working knowledge of both new and traditional plumbing and heating equipment and their specific applications and benefits. Sub-contracted many well-known Utilities such as Boston Gas, Boston Edison, Bay State Gas, Energy USA, Commonwealth Gas, Colonial Gas
and Tringent Steam & Demand Side Management. First-time government grants for large energy monitoring systems and gas meters installed in 36, 000 homes across the state of
Massachusetts facilitated by Boston Gas now National Grid. Since ARIS was a sub-contractor, my responsibilities consisted of the installation of individual gas meters installed on boilers and water heaters that were tied into telephone lines to send and receive data crucial to
the foundation of an energy savings program that was federally funded. Equipment consisted of set back thermostats, Bi- Metal vent dampers, out door reset controls along with system replacement with primary secondary piping applications. Installations, inspections, scheduling and safety were my chief responsibilities.
The data from this program for energy saving devices, thermostats, vent dampeners and outside reset controls where compiled, then generated into a statewide installation of the above devices for Boston Gas and DMC (Demand Side Management.) In addition, I retro-fitted 23 assisted care living facilities with a 300 + bed and or units to qualify for funding from electric to gas using Reveres Return Piping Systems in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Connecticut working with engineers from low mass boiler installations and operations.
