Successfully planned, organized and led the start-up of an aggregate plant in Sacramento that was profitable the first year. Led the Pleasanton aggregate plant Tower #1 Rehabilitation Project. Project came in on time and under budget.
TEICHERT AGGREGATES, Sacramento, CA 1992-1998 Plant Manager, Tracy, CA Oversaw operations of an aggregate plant, a 650 TPH asphalt plant and a recycle plant. Increased aggregate production rates by 30%, set production, sales and profit records each year from 1993. Key leader of the Vernalis Aggregate plant design team.
