I was responsible for creating the residential construction operation of Ridan Builders including licenses in Montgomery County, Maryland and the Virginia Class A contractors license. In Virginia I redesigned and built a 4500 square foot commercial club house for a community of 700 homes and created the Active Adult community of Belle Air Village at Leeland Station in Fredericksburg, Va. In Maryland I developed a upper price range product line for estate style homes. Tasks include outlining Company goals, product selection, project feasibilities and budgeting, purchasing, staffing, contracting, project management, advertising and sales.
