Division President

Took over a division start up operation and renegotiated 3 land contracts with an immediate savings of 3.8 million.
Restructured purchasing and initiated a total re-bid of all plans with initial cost reductions of 10.2%, equaling a real savings of over $21,000 per plan.
Motivated team to participate in Great Build promotion to plan, permit and build Model home in 30 days, allowing us to have open outlet ready for Master planned community grand opening.

Oversaw activities in Division that had Scattered Lot Sales and Neighborhoods Spread over 3 Counties and 5 Municipalities.
