oAnalyzing builders start order packets for concrete related information and assembling appropriate construction information packets for numerous concrete phases of construction.
oPreparing additional construction documents such as plans and budgets.
oFiling pre-liens and coordinating with internal accounting department for billing and job costing
oCoordinating with home builders and sub-contractors for current construction plans and projects information.
oResponsible for redlining and updating plot plans and other specifications with the home builders, field personnel, and sub-contractors.
