* EZERINS CUSTOM HOME: Successfully resurrected project from a failing contractor with poor quality and major code deficiencies. Mediterranean style home located on the Caloosahatchee River featured many columns, arches, tile roof, decorative stonework and large negative edge pool on pilings. Completed 11,000 sq. ft. custom home beyond the owners expectations.
* THE COTTAGES AT WOODLAND POND: Supervised the construction of twelve 3,000 sq. ft. residential duplex buildings within a 175-unit assisted living community project with a budget of over $4M.
* THE LAKES AT THREE OAKS: Oversaw construction of 75 production style homes ranging in price from $180K-$260K and size from 2,200 to 3,400 sq. ft. averaging 18 homes concurrently in process. Completed entire project ahead of schedule.
* NORTHRIDGE AT THE BROOKS: Directed all construction related activities for a premier development within a large custom home golf course community. Completed three fully furnished model homes with luxury features such as a lighting control system, columns, arches, and stonework in less than 120 days.
* WEINSTEIN RESIDENCE: Completed remodel in 30 days of a 3,500 sq. ft. home. Ensured the precise orchestration of all trades simultaneously in order to meet schedule.

* Managed the construction of 12 duplex homes delivering a high quality product well ahead of schedule.
* Directed as many as 50 men from multiple trades simultaneously maintaining strict compliance with all commercial, OSHA, and ADA guidelines and regulations.

* Closely managed construction, budgets and schedules on three $2.8M-$3.4M, 6,500 sq. ft. fully furnished model homes, completing on time and finishing at $200K under budget on each home.
* Constructed three 4,000 sq. ft. fully furnished custom model homes in time for the grand opening.
