Currently I am working with CSA Ltd Kuwait in logistic support for the Army at Camp Arifjan. I am based out of Lake Placid Fl, and I prepare estimates for smaller Civil Construction
firms who cant afford a full time Estimator. I also function as a Sub Contractor to
Engineering Firms regarding On Site Inspection, QA / QC of preliminary plans 10% to 100%
and On Site Project Management. Recently I completed an eleven month contract with an
International firm based out of Jacksonville Fl who supplied the owner with the
Engineering, Design, and Processing for Renovation and Expansion of a Frac Sand Plant
located in Genoa Nebraska.

Senior Field Inspector Sebring Florida, Field inspections, Plan review, Associated
documentation and record keeping on 5 projects funded by the City of Sebring and the
USDA. The scope included Sanitary Utility Piping, both Gravity and force main, Lift
Station construction, and a new Treatment Plant.
Tri County Concrete Products:
West Palm Beach Florida, Sales Rep for Central and South Florida doing Plan reviews
for customer material Take Offs. This included visiting established and finding new
clients. I would do the material take offs and provide a bid. Normally I would review
18 to 20 sets of plans in a week
From 1986 to 2005: I was a Superintendent for various Civil construction firms in Central
and South Florida Providing on site Project management from Plan Review to CO by the
municipality.
