Projects included concrete tilt-up warehouses and low-rise office buildings. Automated estimating on a data base management system and linked with job costing, increasing the accuracy and efficiency of the department.

Trident Support Project, Naval Submarine Base Bangor
Supervised estimating and project management for all construction and maintenance projects for all seven commands at Subase Bangor. Designed developed and implemented an automated construction cost estimating system.

Construction Manager: Walker, McGough, Foltz, and Lyerla P.S. 1979-1981
Projects included office buildings, a hotel and prisons. Introduced the use of automated cost estimating and structural engineering support systems.
