Warehouse foreman Oversaw daily operations of warehouse, max-min trailers, lay down yards and employees. Responsibilities included time keeping for warehouse staff, cross referencing packing slips against purchase orders, maintaining record of receiving reports, dock reports, MTRs and maintain inventory stock reports, and Issue documentation.

Material Control Coordinator did material take off from drawings and wrote requisitions for the purchase of material for Pipe, civil, structural iron, and Instrument departments. Responsibilities included the reading of isometric, orthographic, and P&ID, using spec books and calculating the footage, and amount of fittings, valves, hangers, supports, trim, and instruments needed for the completion of each project.
Purchasing Agent sent out requisitions for competitive bids and ordered material for new construction projects, based on lowest and best bids and availability of material. I was responsible for providing a complete material description all materials being offered for bid to the vendor. Interacted with project engineers as needed to insure substitution materials met or surpassed specification of the project
Prior to industrial construction, I worked in industrial chemical sales, and owned my own residential and commercial construction company.
