Performed all duties of Project Manager, including the following: Overseeing all daily activities of wet and dry
side of mechanical installation, dealing with owners/builders on change orders, processing RFIs and PCOs,
ensuring project completion on schedule, hiring of new employees, monthly billings, weekly meetings with
owners/builders and clients, tracking and coding all invoices using Microsoft Excel, estimation of new work
or phases, direct dealing with vendors on buy-out pricing, negotiating with lower-tier subcontractors,
overseeing coordination between subcontractors, line out daily work schedules, supervision of construction
schedules, project estimation, dealing with Value Engineering contracts, mobilizing material and equipment,
procurement of major equipment and fixtures, tracking of change proposals and change orders, support
pricing of change orders, confirm and provide all purchase orders in a timely manner, production of contract
proposals, processing submittals, preparation of budget schedule of values and billings, maintenance of logs
(RFI, CO, material status, etc.), documentation of projects via daily reports and letters, review of labor and
material costs and labor time sheets, review of plans and specifications for work performance. Support and
participate in company safety programs. Promote and support a positive company image, putting the
