Managed a fast-track, Tenant Fit-out, Suite in a new outdoor Shopping/Retail Mall for the Lyons Group Bostons premier Restaurant & Entertainment Developer. The new Kings in Dedham is a 25,000-square-foot bowling alley, restaurant, and lounge with a retro 60s flair.
Rowse-Coolidge Residence (2008) Camden, ME
Collaborated with other Construction Managers to Direct Subcontractors & Project Resources for the Renovation of a Historic, Stone & Timber framed, Victorian Structure built in 1886. The Norumbega Estate has been a distinguished Camden landmark for over 100 years and is listed on the National Historic Registry.
Marriot Newport Coast Villas (2004) Newport, CA
Served as Project Manager for a Commercial Millwork Subcontractor at the Marriot Newport Coast Villas a Marriott Vacation Club Resort. A multi-phase project consisting of 367 completed Units, to date. Maintained a strict jobsite safety program throughout the duration of the project.
B.O.Y. Enterprises Manufacturing Facility (2001) Durham, NY
Aided in the Design & Construction of a New, Slab on Grade, Steel, Manufacturing Facility for the Production of Custom Architectural Woodwork. Managed the dismantling, relocation, and re-erection of the Steel Building Kit. Procured Materials for the completion of the facility through harsh weather conditions and Scheduling concerns.
Natick Municipal Complex Police, Fire, & Town Hall (1999) Natick, MA
Manufactured a Custom Millwork & Casework package for the Town of Naticks new Municipal Complex Interior. Fabricated & Installed all Corian Solid Surface products in the Police and Fire Lobbies as well as Kitchens and Restrooms. Scheduled all deliveries and coordinated material receipts on the Project.
