Developer, builder and operator of large-scale continuing-care retirement communities. Typical project consisted of 12 to 16 mid-rise, 125,000 sq. ft. residential buildings and three 50,000 sq. ft. community clubhouses, constructed in various phases. Individual buildings averaged contract value of approximately $12 million, with overall project budgets of approximately $400 million.
Reviewed construction documents to assure compliance with company standards, assess constructability and provide value engineering suggestions. Provided oversight to field activities to ensure adherence to project standards, quality control and project schedule.
