Completed almost $120,000 in residential remodeling, insurance restoration, and commercial office expansion projects. Coppenbarger Homes - Jacksonville, Florida 11/2003 6/2005 Division Manager Multi-Family and Custom Homes Assumed the buyout and oversight of a 156-unit affordable town home project and a 26-unit luxury condominium project. Expanded responsibilities within two months to close out the remaining single-family homes and a small commercial building that was started in the Custom Home Division. Assigned the task of facilitator with all the stakeholders to design and build a Design Center to conduct all design appointments and demonstrate available options within four months of commencing employment. Provided oversight to complete the development and platting of a new $7M land acquisition in Palencia.
