Vice President
Formed a construction company with three partners to pursue available work in the residential and commercial sectors in the local area. Worked with a local attorney to form new legal entity, activate GC license in state of Florida, obtained occupational licenses and required insurance.
Completed almost $120,000 in residential remodeling, insurance restoration, and commercial office expansion projects.
Purchased two REO residential properties and completed all renovations in 1st home which is now listed for sale. Repairs on the second home are underway and scheduled to be completed within the next 3 weeks.

Expanded the company focus to include building semi-custom (production) single-family homes in new or existing communities.

Division Manager Multi-Family and Custom Homes
Assumed the buyout and oversight of a 156-unit affordable town home project and a 26-unit luxury condominium project.
Expanded responsibilities within two months to close out the remaining single-family homes and a small commercial building that was started in the Custom Home Division.
Assigned the task of facilitator with all the stakeholders to design and build a Design Center to conduct all design appointments and demonstrate available options within four months of commencing employment.
