Vice President of Design: Responsibilities include overseeing multiple project(s), hiring sub-contractors, inspecting, project scheduling, contract management, design for specifications, project supervision, networking, engineering estimates and payment certifications. Implementing and enforcing Project Management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Forecast and control budgetary need throughout a project, including change orders, purchase orders, waivers, etc. Direct subcontractor bid package assessment, pre-bid meetings and contract negotiations leading to contract award. Cedros & Trujillo Bajo Ward Project Responsible for the construction of approximately 3500 meters of curbs and gutters along different roads.
Las Dolores & La Ponderosa Sanitary System Project Responsible for the construction of a 3km. force-line from the pumping station to the Sanitary Treatment Plant and construction of the pumping station with a 32 deep Pit, installed 8 o 24 diameter sanitary pipes throughout the two wards.
Fajardo, Cayey, Luquillo, Maunabo, Rio Grande, Naguabo & Las Piedras Blacktopping Project - Responsible for Blacktopping different roads. Responsible for the coordination between trucks and plant for the delivery of the asphalt, coordinated the equipment needed for the construction or blacktopping of the different roads, inspected day to day operations.
Brisas del Prado Project This was an 82 lot single family housing construction project. Responsibilities included the coordination of cut and fill activities on the site and the construction of the infrastructure needed for the site, inspected day to day operations.
