Thank you for taking the time to review my resume and consider me for your team.
I am an energetic and motivated team player. In every organization I'm the go to person when a new project or problem arises. I have ten years of military experience, five years of very high tempo construction experience; I've worked in remote/independent and central locations. With each new challenge Ive redefined what right looks like.
Team work is the key to success. I am a catalyst for increased efficiency, and a driving force towards making every employee become more than they were, working as individuals or as part of a bigger project. The key to command is to remember it is always about people. Build your employees and they will build your business.
I often call upon my varied past in: Aviation, Command Staff, Communications, Construction, Customer Satisfaction, HR, Information Technology, Management, Operations, Recruiting, Sales, and Training to adapt, overcome, and excel in new situations and when surprises are encountered.
I am a hands on leader and Im ready for a new challenge.
