Completed replacement of entire reheat intermediate and outlet bundles including stringer tubes requiring engineered support of 1.4 million pound economizer located below.

Supervised erection crew on two 650 MW Foster Wheeler PC boilers on final FGD tie-in outage between 100% scrubbing SO2 units for new chimney, supplying and erecting steel support structures, and installing new FGD stainless steel ductwork assemblies. Scope of work encompasses demolition of old ductwork and by-pass units, with structural steel removal and installation. Additionally handle setting all pieces, alignment, saddle installations, mig track weld-out, handrail, expansion joints, and chimney tie-in along with drains and piping.

Removed and replaced test tubes along with any unacceptable pressure parts.
