Professional Achievements
Multi Discipline Management Support (2009) - I coordinated material and scheduling for both the mechanical and architectural groups at The Port of Portlands new headquarters building for the install of the hydronic heating and cooling system. This approximately $4.5M job involved installation of the ceiling grid, piping and installation of the radiant system panels.
Project Management (2008-2009) - Project manager for the Intel D1C retool with the architectural division. This approximately $6M job involved removing, installing, and relocating walls and floors within an operating cleanroom.
Project Management (2007-2008) - Mechanical manager in charge of multiple, concurrent jobs, ranging from $200.00 to $500,000.00, my responsibilities included contract negotiation, internal job set up, cost projection, tracking, customer service, material procurement, project documentation, and close out.
Project Engineer (2006-2007) - Project engineer for Intel D1D 1266/1268 tool install, my responsibilities included training and managing other project engineers, change orders, pricing, job tracking, customer relations, and procurement of future work.
Project Engineer (2005-2006) - Served as single on site management contact for 60 employees at the $3.25M Blue Heron Deink 2005 project, in which we installed a deink float cell as well as several other pieces of large equipment including the required piping and structural supports, and constructed the foundation of a new building.
Project Engineer (2000-2005) -Worked as project engineer on various Intel tool install, chemical / gas / waste distribution projects.
