As of May 15, 2009 I am a graduate with Honors from the USC School of Policy, Planning and Developments Master of Real Estate Development Program. Prior to attending the program and since 1998, I was a Senior Architect with Lehman-Smith+McLeish (LSM) a Washington, DC based global real estate strategy and design firm. As a Director at LSM, I developed expertise in real estate strategy, program development, contractor negotiations, and large scale project management. I have a wide range of experience and managed award-winning projects throughout the U.S. including Boston, San Francisco and Washington DC. During my tenure at USC I published a paper in the Casden Commercial Forecast on Medical Properties and received Honors on my Comprehensive Examination.

Unique Professional Experiences Provided strategic planning and real estate advisory services for an international law firm to monitor and control lease transactions and capital expenditures across 32 offices. Managed projects in 7 states each with unique building codes, labor unions and construction technologies (CA, DC, FL, MA, OH, PA, VA). Developed and managed single project budgets in excess of $55m. Generated and administered RFPs for all project sub-specialties and consultants. Created and managed complex design, documentation and construction schedules. Bid and negotiated client, consultant and construction contracts.
