Project Manager/Estimator
Responsible for complete project from estimation through job completion.
Estimation responsibilities include online research for eligible projects, attendance of pre-bid meetings, complete takeoffs, prepare pricing quotes for all fixtures and materials, visit jobsite for remodels, determine basic job situation and prepare final pricing.

Responsibilities for project manager resulting from a successful bid include purchasing of all materials; coordinating scheduling, deliveries and manpower; preparing layouts, change orders and RFIs. Attendance of all meetings: scheduling, coordination with architects, engineers, owners, general contractors, and prime contractors.


2008 Renick Brothers - a union mechanical contracting company

Accountable for reviewing all contract requirements, specs, contract drawings and addendums.

Successful projects included a bank which was comprised of plumbing and HVACR, a steam tunnel project, a high school addition and gymnasium (HVACR), a hospital (plumbing and HVACR), and a US Army Reserve center (plumbing).

Successfully completed six simultaneously running projects at 10.5 to 12 million dollars in plumbing. Projects included a hospital, 4 schools, and a ball park stadium.

Completed commercial, industrial and institutional projects include schools, prisons, water treatment plants and universities, with all projects coming in on schedule and under budget.
