Responsible for risk mitigation and management of assets and liabilities of six subsidiaries of ZFS. Implement risk based strategic decisions for the company assets with the objective to mitigate risk with maximum results. Developed a common platform in New York to manage subsidiaries of ZFS that are located in various global locations (UK, Asia, US). As part of Group Risk Management, I report to the Chief Risk Officer who reports to the ZFS board of directors.
Achievement: Convinced the ALM Committee to sell distressed investment in assets, this improved company capital model. Diverted high-risk based capital to low risk areas and mitigated the Credit risk exposure of the assets. Designed a common portal for all six-business units to implement the "Total Risk Profile system" globally.
