Reason for leaving: I relocated to Ohio for family health issues; as a result I had to take a step back in my position. We were able to take care of our family responsibilities and are again permanent residents of Wellington Fl.

Responsibilities: Manage $12 million dollar neighborhood improvement project. In one year I was able to have our work 3 months ahead of schedule and collected over $500,000 in extras/change orders. Worked with project manager on take-offs, purchasing, pay estimates and crew allocations. Assisted engineers in re-designing conflicts. Scheduled and organized sub-contractors. I was their site safety director responsible for maintaining jobsite safety within OSHA standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities: Completed $8 million D.O.T. road project with Ranger Construction. Tied into state waters with sheet piles and dykes. Supervised airport improvement jobs in West Palm Beach and Ft. Lauderdale.
