Qualification Summary: I have been a superintendent for the last 10 years. I have been in the concrete industry for 30 plus years. The past 20 years structural concrete. I am a very hard working conscientious and an intelligent concrete construction worker interested in employment as a superintendent/Foreman. Extremely skilled in planning and execution of special projects during critical environments. Extensive knowledge and hands on in directing, coordinating and exercising authority for planning, organization, control and completion of projects. Effectively able to communicate with contractors and management.
Education: Completion of training 10-hour Construction Outreach Training Program for Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the construction industry, in accordance with guidelines provided by OSHA Training Institute.

Concrete Superintendent Granitex Construction Costa Mesa, CA
Duties included: scheduling, quality control, and production/pre-production, reporting progress and status. Knowledge in interacting with architects, building inspectors, utility representatives, and subcontractors. Examining and inspecting work progress, equipment and construction site to verify safety and ensuring that specifications were met, analyzing and planning installation and construction of equipment and structures, conferring with supervisory personnel and workers to perform construction work in accordance with specifications.

Concrete Superintendent/Project Manager Noel Company Albuquerque, NM
Duties included: Building the Cancer Research Center. Supervising 2 cranes. 2 vault walls were 5 ft. thick lid 7 ft. thick this included 2 towers 10 stories, each tower with 150 embeds per tower Anderson decking in between. Supervising sub-contractors and distributing work among 55 employees. Time sheet tracking, scheduling, paperwork, and material ordering.
Architect walls 400 18 high wall system, doka top 50 and doka form max.
Completed Cancer Research Center 02/2008. Started new project (Hospital) in Rifle Colorado 135 Caissons then returned home in May 2008.
