Berry Hill Estates- An over 55 community located in Hooksett, NH., containing 107 units. As Project Manager, my responsibilities are to over see the site development, as the owners representative, unit construction and all sales and marketing efforts.
Duck Pond Estates- 60 single family lots in Weare, NH.. As project Manager, my role is to oversee all site construction, interaction with local inspecting authorities and town officials and administer all financial requests.
The Woodlands at Belmont Hill- Custom condominiums ($1.2M+) located on the campus of McLean Hospital in Belmont Hill, MA. Sr. Construction Manager responsible for all aspects of site construction, office administration, selections and unit completion.
Charthouse Collection- Detached semi-custom single family homes ($300 to $425K) located in Isle of Wight, VA. Pre-construction activities, design and site review, erosion control planning, preliminary material take-offs, sub-division plan review, sub-contract bidding and awards
