B.Specific day-to-day Construction Superintendent responsibilities included the following:
i.Attend design review meetings with project architect and engineer prior to commencement of construction. ii.Verify conformance of plans and specifications for all areas of construction. iii.Supervision of subcontractors for all areas of construction. iv.Develop and monitor schedule during construction. v.Generate Request for Information (RFI) documentation. vi.Interface with city inspectors to ensure compliance with building codes. vii.Conduct unit walkthroughs with future homeowners. viii.Develop and ensure punchlist completion prior to unit turnover to homeowner.
