ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following final estimate Publish Letter of Interests, RFP RFQ establish WBS by phase. Set up bid packages to include pre-qualification and requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, engineers, design team and major subcontractors / suppliers.
Assist the procurement department with Buy-Out, locate, solicit material, services, equipment, analyze quotes, and purchase agreements.
Nurture & develop new and existing subcontractor and vendor relationships via attending functions such as networking/social events, seminars, committees as designated via AGC, contractor associations and one on one personal relationships (previously established and newly developed).
Study and understand current market conditions and prices.
