on time and on budget through recruitment of third-
party scheduling firm to bring Contractor to assigned
deadlines.
* Triumph Clear Lake Hospital, Webster, Texas,
$18.1M: Concluded 92,000 square-foot Triumph
Healthcare project 60 days ahead of schedule in face
of loss of 65 days to weather conditions. Delivered
under budget by more than $1M.
* Triumph Tomball Hospital, Tomball, Texas, $16.6M:
Wrapped 77,000 square-foot Triumph Healthcare project
45 days ahead of schedule despite loss of 14 days to
weather, under budget by $250K.
* Northland LTACH, Kansas City, Missouri, $14.9M:
Headed joint venture project involving RehabCare, NKC
Hospital, and Liberty Hospital for 50,000 square-foot

45,000 square-foot Valley Baptist Health System on

$12.2M: Met budget and schedule for 55,000 square-
foot San Antonio Physician Partners facility despite
loss of 101 days to weather.
* Conroe Integrated Medical Plaza, Conroe, Texas,
$10.5M: Finalized 70,000 square-foot project on time
and under budget by $225K following its status at 6
weeks behind schedule prior to tenure. Oversaw
development of improvements, including 25,000 square-
foot Ambulatory Surgery Center; 9,000 square-foot
Endoscopy Suite; and 38,000 square feet for Ob-Gyn,
Personal Therapy, Podiatry, Orthopedics, and
Diagnostic Imaging.
* North Brownsville IMP, Brownsville, Texas, $10M:
Developed 90,000 square-foot medical office building
in association with Valley Baptist Health System and
local doctors group. Completed project, including
