Senior Construction Manager
Managed all aspects of facilities planning, project management of major global installations, including the design and construction of all of Dells manufacturing buildings worldwide In Texas, Tennessee, Europe, Malaysia, Brazil and the Peoples Republic of China and India. Directly managed large contracts and all personnel of consulting architects, engineering firms and construction contractors.
Directed the construction of manufacturing facility in Chennai, India. A 10 month project of 23 million dollars including installation of desktop and a server manufacturing lines. Building acceptance completed on time and within budget.
Managed design of logistics center in Warsaw, Poland, a 31 million dollar building designed to house Dell third party suppliers to support production.
Started up new desktop/server production line in Tennessee. Recognized by the Governor of Tennessee and the Association of General Contractors (AGC) as the fastest start-up project in the region (62 days from Greenfield to production)
A key member of the team that commissioned a manufacturing facility in Lodz, Poland.
