I have been in charge of residential, industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects with a total present value of over US$10 billion, through all project lifecycle from initiation (conception) to closing-out in several business environment such as: Design Build, Turnkey, Build-Operate-Transfer BOT, Build-Own-Operate-Transfer BOOT as well as the Private public partnership (PPP).
