I have been in charge of residential, industrial, commercial and infrastructure projects with a total present value of over US$10 billion, through all project lifecycle from initiation (conception) to closing-out in several business environment such as: Design Build, Turnkey, Build-Operate-Transfer BOT, Build-Own-Operate-Transfer BOOT as well as the Private public partnership (PPP).

Working in phases I and II of an international cement factory with production capacity of 5 million tons per year; achieved by BBC (Switzerland), Krupp-Polysuis (Germany) and Technostroy-Export (ex-Soviet Union) and supervised by ASEC, a division of Holder-Bank (Switzerland), an international consultant office in cement plants and production.

oResidential high-rise Building, Cairo, Egypt: Construction of 600 condo units, built on an area of 1.5 million SF; included base building, finishing, and mechanical and electrical installations
