I am seeking a creative outlet within the construction industry. As my resume indicates, I have been building high-end single family residences for the past nine years. Those within the industry probably need no further explanation as to why I am now back in the job market at this tumultuous economic time. Essentially, the housing supply exceeded demand in my area, and that fact, combined with the credit crunch, necessitated closing my business. My thought now is to relocate to a larger metropolitan area where the market is still viable, and to make my services available to a company that has been able to weather this economic storm. I managed every aspect of the home building process, and I am familiar with both residential and commercial construction, so I believe that I would be a valuable asset to a builder in need of assistance.
