Responsible to fabricate and install superior custom kitchen cabinets and countertops, bathroom cabinetry and vanities, curved spiral and straight staircases, entertainment centers, bookcases, desks and filing cabinets. Create distinctive decorative wood products including onlays, corbels, columns, curved and complex crown molding, elliptical and radius trim, unique styles of doors, panels and wainscots. Familiar with the elegance, sophistication, and warmth of natural wood and its wide array of decorative choices.

THE MILK RIVER COMPANY
Project Superintendent for general contracting company to provide new construction, large remodel and renovations of elite homes in Austin and surrounding area. Interpret drawings, specifications, diagrams and sketches pertaining to details of project. Primary coordinator and on-site manager responsible for scheduling of vendors, suppliers, personnel and sub-contractors. Work with architect and designers, identify and resolve technical, vendor and subcontractor issues; train new employees, evaluate and manage quality of work to ensure superior results. Custom design, manufacturing and installation of: Intricate interior and exterior trim, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry/countertops, complex stairs and railing, proper installation of doors and windows.

JOE GILBRETH COMPANY,
Master Carpenter/foreman for remodeling company, which accommodates high-end homes in the Austin area. Responsible to take off blueprints, supervise pouring of concrete and all forms of typical framing as specified by blueprints and details, apply skilled knowledge of framing and construction, assist with allocating manpower, supervise specific and general job conditions, manage continuity of construction, maintain and adhere to punch-lists, and organize material inventory. Custom design, manufacturing and installation of: Decks, fences, patios and porches, HardiPlank, masonry and concrete finishing.

B. GRANT CONSTRUCTION
Project Supervisor with responsibilities that included initiating contact with customer to review contract specifications, project conditions and/or modifications, ordering and delivery of materials. Liable to collect final payment, sustain petty cash and receipts, maintain company truck, equipment trailer, and inventory. On-site tasks included: demolition of existing framework when necessary, installation of custom cabinetry, intricate interior and exterior trim, punch-lists, and all phases of finishing. Received certification to install residential and commercial Sto Finishing Systems with EPS board, windlock fasteners, metal-lathe, base and finish coat.
