Summary of Achievement.
All projects assigned to my supervision have been on or before scheduled turnover and under budget with minimal owner involvement & change orders.
I created a method of photo imaging and web-linking the owners and consultants with the project progress for continual and up to the meeting reviews for BOD-Corp HQ and affiliates. Profit and savings have been very substantial.
Implemented controlling profit lines and catering to client needs while improving on corporation wide cost savings. I received Outstanding Performance, Dedication and Loyalty award for 2005 for this action.
Expanded and organized business and clients of New York based corporation into California from East coast while holding cost down and improving profits considerably along the West Coastal movement.
In 2003 I created and implemented several sales enhancement plans to increase profits while utilizing existing resources. This resulted in 20% profit improvement.
