Stanley Chow is a Registered Architect and Professional Planner with over 28 years experience in architecture, construction, and real estate development. Most recently, Stan was Vice President of Development at Madison Marquette Realty Services based in Washington, DC. He was also Vice President of Construction at a major Baltimore-based development firm and held a position as Director of Development at a development firm in McLean, VA. Stan has managed development projects with construction values upwards of $1.2 billion.
Stan specializes in retail design, store development and construction. He has held senior leadership positions with national retailers Toys R Us, Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Party City, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Best Buy where he managed the planning and zoning entitlement processes, architectural/engineering consultants and engaged general constructors/construction management firms in development projects from inception through execution and post-occupancy. Stan has a proficiency in preparing design and construction documents, proforma budgets, cost analyses, and construction accounting reports. During his retail tenure, Stan has developed over 225 retail facilities across the United States.
Stan also owned and managed an architectural and planning firm in New Jersey. He is a graduate of Syracuse University and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
