- Developed Disney's $240,000,000 Animal Kingdom Lodge with 1,013-room 1st class hotel on 33 acres of savanna with African birds and hoof stock.
- Created Disney's All-Star Resort, a new concept for the Disney World Resort featuring a value-priced hotel with 3,840 rooms on 178 acres; managed the design and construction of the $230,000,000 initiative.
- Recognized for exceptional contributions and was selected to give a presentation on a behind the scenes look at Walt Disney Imagineering for the Disney Cruise Line Magic Speaker Series during Eastern Caribbean 7-day cruise.
