EMPLOYMENT:

January 2003-present PC Home Builders, Inc.
I am the owner and operator of the company. I specialize in spec homes, custom homes, additions and detached garages. I was responsible for all areas of the company. I am closing the company due to dissolution of marriage.

November 2001-2003 Mercedes Homes, Inc.
I was employed as a senior builder with the Volusia division. I built
homes from 1200 sq. ft. to 4000 sq. ft. I conducted plan reviews and
frame walks to closing walks with homeowners. I was responsible in
dealing with subcontractors and suppliers in overseeing the building
of the homes and keeping them built within budget and time frame.

April 2000-November 2001 Custom Home Estates, Inc.
I was vice president in charge of construction for a developer of semi-
custom homes in the Palmetto, Florida. I was in charge of purchasing,
specifications and issuing purchase orders to sub-contractors and
suppliers. I ran the every day operations of a superintendent and of the
office employees. I met with home buyers and oversaw the construction
and quality control of the homes being built. The company built about
one hundred homes each year.

1992-2000Quality Precast Company
I was the branch manager for the Lake Helen office. I was in charge of
sales and operations in the division. I took care of inventory and employees
for this office. I had an 85% market share in my market area while I worked
for the company.
1986-1192
American Consumer Product Inc.
I was a district sales manager for florida and Georgia. I had 12 sales represenetives that I and 6 service reps that I hired and supervised. A.C.P.I> Sold many companies that they bought and sold to the hardware home center markets. They sold to many chains such as wal mart K mart and home depot.
