Current Position Purchasing Manager (Southern California Division & Utah Division) Supervisor Russell Kaup (Regional VP of Purchasing) Responsibilities: Work with Project Management teams to value engineer upcoming projects. Communicate with Land Acquisition teams to structure on-site purchasing budget. Create scopes of work for each trade and supervise/assist Purchasing Coordinator to set the trade partner bid list and conduct bid meetings with trade partners. Supervise and assist the managers of each entity in workers compensation issues, safety, change order and option processing, customer service, purchasing, estimating, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and project costing. Upon installation of steel per plans, supervise and assist with the remodeling of the apartments.
