Summary of qualifications
I have been a structural carpenter building custom homes in California for over 20 years. Working under some of the top carpenters in the Southern California Ive learned many different techniques to save time while creating a better finished product. I have been running crews for the past 15 years for several different companies and know how to communicate and motivate people to get the job done cleanly in a timely manner. I have plenty of experience in concrete and masonry as well having built from breaking ground through framing and sometimes through the completion of the home. I also have experience in finish carpentry, interior and exterior, having started my career as a finish carpenter and having done the finish work on many of the homes Ive framed. I understand the importance of timelines and budgets in this industry and do everything in my power to keep on track with both on projects Im in charge of.
