Environment: I worked with design professionals, for new and remodeling construction, to develop complete and accurate drawings necessary for competitive bids to deliver an all inclusive completed project with minimal change orders. Projects included the construction and fitout of new food stores, expansions, remodels, including site development. Value engineered projects, coordinated design and user requirements, slashing initial costs and maintaining scheduled completions. Embraced computer based estimating software (Bidtek) and trained all Project Managers.
