Construction manager at city of Roseville, California. Construction expansion of the WWTP facilities, adding aerators to the existing oxidation ditches , new MCCs, additional centrifuge, add grid removal to headworks and rebuild the bio-filter media.
Resident Engineer for City of Tracy, California. Construction expansion of the WWTP facilities, under CH2MHill.
Resident Engineer for San Luis Water District, Los Baos, California. WTF, WWTP & RWPS for a new Golf Course community with an initial building face of 420 homes.

Resident Engineer at City of Bakersfield, California. Installation of five miles of 48 truck sewer pipeline, construction of a pump lift station and the widening from 2 to 5 lane a city boulevard.
Construction Zone Manager for USACE in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. This was a USAID funded project to construct new sub- developments (potable water, sewer, storm drain, streets, ect.) throughout the country due to the extensive damaged caused by hurricane Mitch in 1999.
Construction manager at City of Tulare, California. Construction expansion of the WWTP facilities - Phase I, II and III. And also the City of Lindsay, Ca. This was a USDA funded project to install five miles 24 trunk sewer pipeline and construction expansion of the WWTP facilities. Sr. Civil Engineer with the Dept. of Energy-WVDP in western New York. Decommissioning planning and engineering of existing nuclear facilities and construction of some new storage structures, vehicle maintenance garage, ambulance building and additional parking lot.
Sr. Civil Engineer/Inspector for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Fargo, North Dakota (Region 8). Assigned to bridge and culverts for the five southeastern county of North Dakota on the 500 years flood of 1997.


And FEMA/ USACE in Los Angeles, California (Region 9). Assigned to the City of Los Angeles as team leader for the infrastructure and facilities during the Northridge earthquake disaster of January 1994 and the floods of 1995. Estimated damages costs CFR-44 guidelines.
Civil Site Manager with Davy International and on loan to Flour Daniel for Quebrada Blanca Copper Mine, Iquique, Chile. Was responsible for potable water pipelines, pump stations, 57kilometers of roadway, and concrete foundation and structures.
Construction Manager with Davy Environmental at Selby Remediation Slag Site, Crockett, California. Maintained open-channel communication with the consulting engineer, the owner's representatives, and regulatory agencies for this California Superfund project. (waterfront project ) Review submittals, progress payments, and weekly/monthly reports. Managed daily construction, quality assurance, safety, scheduling, contractor & subs. Dredging of the site perimeter along the S.F. Bay, moved 1.2 million cubic yards of slag, and encapsulated 62 acres with asphalt paving. Resident Engineer with Davy Environmental at the Environmental Protection Agency, Sykes Superfund Site remediation/mitigation project in Crosby, Texas. Responsible for the end construction and start-up of the incineration facilities. Resident Engineer with Davy Environmental at the Environmental Protection Agency, Helen Kramer Landfill Superfund Site remediation/mitigation project in Mantua, New Jersey. Held direct accountability for all field engineering, material take-off, procurement submittals, vendor's shop drawings, QC inspection, construction of perimeter slurry wall, treatment facility construction, and the movement of 1.2 million cubic yards of earth for a multi-layer cap encapsulation.
Sr. Civil Engineer/Inspector for the FEMA in Santa Cruz, California. (Region 9) Assigned to the infrastructures and parks for Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties following the Loma Prieta earthquake disaster of October 1989.

Owner's Representative for Unocal Refineries, Rodeo, California. Responsible for the civil, structural, piping, dredging, cofferdam, and mechanical construction upgrade to the wastewater treatment and a new bioassay facility.
Project Design Engineer for Canoney Environmental, Casmilia, California. Directed the remediation and expansion of Class I Casmilia industrial waste facility.
Construction Manager with City of San Francisco at the San Francisco International Airport, San Bruno, California. Expansion and modifications for 13 new hydrants, potable water supply, storm drains, sanitary sewers, lift stations and 47 acres of paving at south terminal. Familiar with FAA procedures.
Sr. Construction Project Engineer with Bechtel at the Washington Public Power Supply #2, Richland, Washington. Supervised the fabrication and installation of Class I and II piping systems (valves, hangers, seismic restraints and hydro testing) within the secondary reactor and steam tunnel area. And Sr. construction project engineer at Big Rock Nuclear Power Plant in Chalevoix and at Palisade Nuclear Power Plants, in South Haven, Michigan. And outage inspector / start-up engineer at Duane Arnold Energy Center, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
