6/98 to 8/00:Senior Project Engineer, Kvaerner Construction, Inc., Tampa Florida

Managed the complete preparation of budgets, bid documents, RFP, bid reviews, shop drawings and RFI coordination, change order review for assigned trades.
Managed and monitored contractors performance and contract closeout for the following packages; existing utilities demolition, steel piling, site work, excavation (environmental), building demolition, asbestos and lead paint abatement, renovation and refurbishment of existing building.

Project: Kvaerner Philadelphia Shipyard - $242 million re-development of a 114-acre parcel of the Historic Philadelphia Navy Shipyard. The new ship building facility consisted of asbestos abatement, demolishing/modification of existing utilities and several existing structures. The new construction consisted of four main fabrication buildings and the renovation/refurbishment of an existing administration building totaling 770,000 SF.

2/98 to 6/98:Project Manager, Associated Cost Engineers (ACE), Orlando Florida

Establishment of budgets for estimates, which included conceptual, schematic, design documents and construction documents.
Reviewed estimates to ensure budgets were complete and complied with the construction documents.
Set up estimate review format, meet with owner and design team to reconcile estimates and produce final estimate report.

Project: Greater Orlando International Airport - $56 million Airside Terminal (Airside II) consisting of 318,870 SF. That includes two wings accommodation sixteen gates for jet aircraft with the flexibility to accommodate one or more airlines. The wings are joined together via a central hub, which acts as a focal point of the airside. The departure level included passenger hold rooms, passenger circulation, concessions and other public amenities.
