Formulate and implement procedures contained in Quality Control Plan
Consults with the project supervisory personnel to assure compliance with the QC requirement of the contract
Coordinates the QC efforts of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with the overall QC Plan

03/07 to 09/08Senior Construction Manager, Rosser International Atlanta Georgia

Responsibilities include complete oversight and the implementation of the construction management division.
Responsible for the review, assessment and compliance of various contractual, insurance, and bonding issues associated with the development of a construction management division.
As the Senior Construction Manager, I was also the Senior Trainer for the Program/Construction Management staff.
Additional duties included; the complete oversight of all bidding and management of the department, which included; constructability reviews, estimates and construction administration services for the architect/engineering division.

Project: High Museum/Woodruff Art Center - $102 million facility totaling 177,000 SF, consisting of new office building and loading dock, additional gallery space, an enlarged special exhibition space, and improved visitor amenities including a retail shop and coffee bar.

8/01 to 3/04:Sr. Project Manager, ProActive Management Ltd, Bermuda

Complete management of the day-to-day operations of the project and supervision of seven office personnel.
Prepared and assisted with the contract documents and contract negotiation. Worked to ensure that site subcontractor adhere to construction schedule.
Work with Owner/AE to resolve any construction/design issues, including solving labor issues with various Unions assigned to the project.

Project: The New Senior Second School (Berkeley Institute) - $70 million complex consisting of 220,000 SF, covering 11 acres that accommodated 970 students, faculty and staff. The complex consisted of (2) two-story classroom buildings, (2) six-story buildings (administration, design and technology, resource center, dance and music, and health and nutrition), (1) two-story cafetorium, a two-story gymnasium and central plant.

8/00 to 8/01:Project Manager, H J Russell Construction, Atlanta Georgia

Managed and coordinated site utilities, MEPF, elevators and kitchen equipment trades.

Containing (16) luxury suites on the private level with separate entrance and (2) multi-purpose suites.

6/98 to 8/00:Senior Project Engineer, Kvaerner Construction, Inc., Tampa Florida

Managed the complete preparation of budgets, bid documents, RFP, bid reviews, shop drawings and RFI coordination, change order review for assigned trades.
Managed and monitored contractors performance and contract closeout for the following packages; existing utilities demolition, steel piling, site work, excavation (environmental), building demolition, asbestos and lead paint abatement, renovation and refurbishment of existing building.

Project: Kvaerner Philadelphia Shipyard - $242 million re-development of a 114-acre parcel of the Historic Philadelphia Navy Shipyard. The new ship building facility consisted of asbestos abatement, demolishing/modification of existing utilities and several existing structures. The new construction consisted of four main fabrication buildings and the renovation/refurbishment of an existing administration building totaling 770,000 SF.

2/98 to 6/98:Project Manager, Associated Cost Engineers (ACE), Orlando Florida

Establishment of budgets for estimates, which included conceptual, schematic, design documents and construction documents.
Reviewed estimates to ensure budgets were complete and complied with the construction documents.
Set up estimate review format, meet with owner and design team to reconcile estimates and produce final estimate report.

Project: Greater Orlando International Airport - $56 million Airside Terminal (Airside II) consisting of 318,870 SF. That includes two wings accommodation sixteen gates for jet aircraft with the flexibility to accommodate one or more airlines. The wings are joined together via a central hub, which acts as a focal point of the airside. The departure level included passenger hold rooms, passenger circulation, concessions and other public amenities.

7/95 to 2/98:Senior Project Manager, Consultant, Ministry of Works & Engineering Bermuda Government, Bermuda

Managed and coordinated Ministrys design staff and design consultants, the preparation of contract documents and to administer the construction contract.
Managed the ministrys onsite inspection staff, the construction manager, construction activities, and inspections.

Project: Cedar Bridge Academy - $60 million Senior School covering 19 sq. acres that consisted of seven main buildings (classrooms, administration, auditorium, technology, physical education, science and cafeteria).

Compiled, reviewed and submitted submittals to owners representatives, material procurement, project cost analysis, scheduling, owner relations, surveying assistant, subcontractor coordination and project closeouts for the civil contracts.

Project: East/West Expressway Western Extension, Orlando Florida. $21 million Toll Highway Consisting of six concrete brides with two spanning a lake and two steel brides spanning roadway, four miles of new expressway construction, installation new storm drainage systems with modification to existing system and streets, and the relocation of existing utilities.
