SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Recruited for operations experience and corporate successes to fulfill role as Vice President of National Accounts. Results: Responsible for companys number one account valued at $70MM annual revenue. Completed a 20-month contract negotiation needed to avert capital funding gap and meet financial guidance anticipated by Wall Street. Results: Agreement valued at $625MM, and a commitment of 9 years guaranteed income. Hired and Directed select teams and cost centers to work in cross functional environment for national asset management program. Results: Program efficiencies lead to centralizing regional departments into a corporate team. Raised new capital by marketing and selling disregarded assets. Results: $7.5MM acquired by selling assets to second tier vendor, less than 90 days. Created financial model for disposition of assets based on analysis of market trends, net present value and discounted cash flow streams; sourced from a market segment previously undocumented. Results: Analysis and methodology lead to development of values based on income multiples used for asset transfers. Managed Team and Concluded a commitment in 2.5 years, one half of allotted five-year timeline. Results: The Company agreed to sell an additional 250 units for a total transaction value of $152MM. The funds went to offset development cost associated with company growth. Developed a corporate EPA compliance strategy and brought the company into conformity within 90 days. Results: Federal fines and penalties amounted to more than $10MM, however, pursuant to pro-active response and careful negotiation the amount was reduced to $35K. Certificates of compliance were signed for 95 facilities and an on-going annual compliance program was developed. Decentralized legal staff to relocate from the corporate headquarters to regional offices based on ineffective workload responsiveness in a centralized environment. Results: An expedited legal review process reduced the time required to prepare drafts and comments, and provided clarity to legal nuances from local jurisdictions. Pivotal in a sale and leaseback agreement that raised $560MM in funding and committed the Company to a build-to-suit contract over a five year period. Results: Certain assets viewed as stranded capital were leveraged to supplement needed resources for future growth. Directed various outsourced vendor teams; projects ranging in scope from due diligence reporting, corporate business unit development, attorneys & contracts and financial forecasting. Results: In each case, projects were fulfilled or delivered on-time, occasionally ahead of schedule and within budget.
