Checks drawings for proper dimensioning, text, scale, labeling, pipe sizes, elevations, visual plot styles, equipment and fixtures, connections, as per plans and Engineers specifications, procurement, project submittals, I.F.C. and C.I. logs, for Tenant Fit out and Core and Shell. Reviews Engineers mark up drawings. Makes corrections in the CAD model file and plots in a P.D.F. form. Conducts a collision test with NavisWorks Manager 2010 and creates a NavisWorks Document thus exposing collisions with other M.E.P. trades and building structural. Submits a final spool drawing for fabrication to the Fabrication shop. Attends weekly coordination meetings with General Contractor, Project Manager, and Owners Representative, Engineers team, Architecture.

This project is a design build which involves daily AutoCad
2-D detailed drawings for various coordinated installations
of plumbing sanitary waste and venting, plumbing fixture
cut sheets [for proper carrier elevations, stub-outs]
owner provided equipment and other contractor provided
equipment and fixtures. Proof reads 3-D cad spool drawings
and coordination drawings for installation.
Systems consist of sanitary waste and vent, domestic potable
water hot and cold lines, house steam piping for sterilizers
Washer/disinfectors and steam condensate cool down tanks.
Medical gas piping systems and various medical gas components.
Hydronic piping systems and sheet metal duct work.
Daily supervision of production and quality control
As well as company policy safety program.
Monitors and enters input data for job costing,
Payroll, proposal requests, R.F.I., field change orders
And inventory.

And a duplex sewage ejector pumps system. The storm
Drainage u.g. system as well. The ground floor consisted of
A Tenant Improvement area. We designed grease sanitary
System with 2-1500 concrete pre-cast grease interceptors
For future tenant expansion for culinary use. The towers consisted
Of 7-different floor plans of condos in which we installed a SO-VENT
Sanitary waste and vent system for the disposal of waste. The Domestic
Potable water system consisted of boosted water mains provided by
The Armstrong dual booster pumps and a hydrocumalator tank.
The hydronic condenser water heating system mains consisted
Of 3-heating boilers located on the penthouse level along with the
2-cell cooling towers, condenser pumps and heat-exchanger.
Domestic hot water boilers, recruit. Pumps and storage
Tank also located on the penthouse level. Pro-Set fire
Rated sleeves where used along with the 2-d AutoCAD coordinated
Sleeves drawings for each floor. Each drawing had a pre-determined
Control line in place for precision placement of the pipe sleeve.

Male and Female inmate facility. This complex
Has the capacity to house up to 2000 inmates
In separate minimum and maximum securities.
We designed a fully automatic Acorn shower
System in the male/female minimum security
Buildings, which is operated by one central
Control room. The Culinary building with its
State of the art kitchen equipment has the
Capability to produce 3000 meals a day.
This required a large grease interceptor.
In which we designed a poured in place concrete
30,000 gallon grease retention capacity.
Daily supervision and of course kept accounting
Of all the daily activities.

DAVISCO FOOD PROCESSING PLANT
Duties: Project Superintendent on a pre-cast concrete structural
Type complex. This project involved approval of all cores thru slab walls,
Ceilings and floors for pipe penetrations and shift openings for duct work. The underground sanitary waste and vent system consisted
Of an acid resistant pipe and fittings. G.S.R. products polypropylene
Was used with the bar coded fusion process machine. Flume
Stations where installed in place to monitor the plants effluent.
