Electrical Technician I
Maintain and repair all existing electrical packaging machines in the production areas by troubleshooting and identify the electrical malfunction or unresponsiveness of the machines. Using the necessary hand and testing tools such as voltmeter, amp meter, laptop or the corresponding electrical blueprints or schematics to collect extensive knowledge of electrical control circuitry to identify the malfunction and determine the necessary repairs, adjustments and component replacement to have the equipment properly function with minimum amount of down time. Install or relocate power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines or production arrangements. Research and implement plans for new features and modifications added to machines. Investigate new facility installations through instructions giving by both supervisor or work order such as adding exit signs to new offices from EM power, fabricate bar-code inspection conveyors, troubleshoot and install badge reader switches to doors and other secured areas, add timer to drum turner circuit, install three phase: 480V, 440V, 220V, 208V disconnect switches. Changing, install external and internal 277V light fixtures and 120/208V outlets. Familiar with electrical controls systems components such as variable frequency, E-cams, motor starters, relays, overloads, and fused protected heating system incorporated into the machines.

PRODUCTION SYSTEMS AUTOMATION ASTON, PA 12/03 TO 1/05
Control Panel Fabricator
Read and comprehend blueprint and electrical schematics of electrical engineer designed control panels for proper manufacturing and wiring of PLC control panels. Maintain a correspondence with engineers of any modifications in the electrical schematics or layout plans. Set up panel for component and wire trough layouts, exercising proper safety measures drill and tap holes for component mounting on panel. Replicate layout plans for cut outs and holes on the enclosure to insert fans, timers, heat controllers, HMI screens, control switches and push buttons to be wired to components on panel also mount power and lockout switch on the door of enclosure. Print wire labels and program engraver to make component labels. Label and wire all components and motor controls on the panel and connect with door controls with efficient workmanship. Communicate orally with others to test and fine any inaccuracy in the circuitry to have panel and enclosure ready for shipment and to customers satisfaction to meet deadline.

Electricians Helper
Assist in scheduled residential and commercial service calls. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting electrical systems to the customer satisfaction. Drive to both homes and businesses to troubleshoot A/C units and any fail electrical outlets, lighting, install new services from the service entrance to the panel, wire swimming pool circuits to NEC specifications relocate and add circuits based on customers plans. Completing the job by means of the use of the proper hand tools, electric powered tools and motorized equipment to guarantee safe and efficient electrical device.
