Twenty plus years of project estimating and management experience.
Estimating and project management experience as owners representative and with CM/GC corporations.
Extensive working exposure with national retail chains including The Limited Corp, T.J. Maxx, Office Max, Lens Crafters, Warner Brothers, Talbots, Ann Taylor, Petrie Stores, Zales, Linen n Things.
Working experience in all major commercially developed regions of the US.

Working Experience
Working knowledge and ability to generate accurate project cost estimates from conceptual cost projections to hard-bid qualified proposals. Experience as an owners cost control project representative and with leading national GC/CM corporations on commercial interior tenant improvement projects to free standing building conversions ranging from 100K to 20M.
Responsibilities include conceptual budgeting, building/site feasibility evaluation, coordinate and oversee site inspection walkthrough, develop scope of work, oversee the biding process including subcontractor selection and qualification, leveling of bid proposals, in house take-off of all trades, generate a qualified client bid proposal. Ability to interact and maintain a lasting working relationship with client, architect and subcontractors as required for project development.
Over 15 years of prior project management experience of simultaneous commercial projects on a national scale. Responsible for managing all aspects of project construction from subcontractor selection and buyout to maintaing the highest quality of workmanship and on time completion.
