Facility Engineer/Pilot Plant Manager/Facilities Manager Responsible for all facilities operations in the cGMP pilot plant. Supervised and trained employees, i.e. Maintenance Technicians, and Pilot Plant Cleaners. Developed a preventative maintenance program, wrote new SOPs, developed new maintenance procedures, assisted in the validation program, made significant up grades to the plant, purchased new equipment. Goal for this work was to bring the plant to cGMP standards for P&G Phase I & II clinical trials.
