Served as Owners Representative for development of two new medical office buildings for the DuPage Medical Group. Assembled team and lead process in obtaining zoning approvals from Lombard and Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed value of two buildings was $60,000,000. Redeveloped a 40,000 square foot office building for Illinois Heart & Vascular, Hinsdale, Illinois. Maintained budget & schedule as well as arbitrated disputes. Assembled and managed the design and construction team for a new $25,000,000 office building for UICI in Dallas, Texas. Managed the redevelopment of a 40 acre campus for Elim Christian Services in Crestwood, Illinois. Work included construction of a new Adult Service Facility and an Autism Center. Led a team of consultants to reclaim 50 acres of floodplain in Griffith, Indiana, for future retail development. Dealt with multitude of jurisdictional entities such as ACOE, City, FEMA, INDOT, DNR & IDEM Repositioned a 160,000 square foot industrial building in Chicago as an investment property Interfaced with 3rd party advisory clients as Project Manager on over 30 projects with completed value of over $150,000,000.
